Why does the skin stain?

There are several factors by which the skin stains, the most important are due to continuous sun exposure without protection and age. Ultraviolet rays pass through the epidermis and stimulate the skin's pigmentation cells (melanocytes) which begin to secrete large amounts of melanin. The spots appear when the production of melanin increases abnormally and when the overproduced melanin is not evenly distributed on the surface of the skin, accumulating in certain spots and forming unsightly marks.
The spots can also be related to hormonal changes due to pregnancy or contraceptives, skin lesions and constant friction in delicate areas, whether by towels, razors or deodorants.
It is important then to take care of our skin daily with sunscreens that work as a preventive measure and that can help us with existing spots, we must avoid sun exposure when the rays are more dangerous: between 10 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon and choose a sun protection factor (SPF) of either at least 20 (or 30 if you have fair skin).

Tanga offers sunscreens with SPF from 50 to 110 for the body, and from 50 to 70 for the face that are going to be your best allies for your skin care.
